Jerusalem In My Backyard

Living in Utah has offered such a vast assortment of cultural and scenic benefits from the Mormon Tabernacle Choir to Zions National Park.  We have deserts, forests, a lake of salt water and the Temple Square.  Snow and skiing in winter and boating in summer!  And now, Jerusalem is coming to Utah!


Just recently and just down the street, (well actually the town next to where I live) the LDS church is building a film set for making New Testament films.  The public has not been allowed on the set yet, so it was cool to see this film footage from the news.


Living so close, we will have opportunities to audition for films and to house visitors and crew people!  It is an exciting time for our little community!

    How exciting! When I was a teenager in Maine they filmed a movie (which I was an extra in) in the town next to mine. It was so exciting! It is fascinating to watch how movies are made.
