If you've been following my blog, you may be familiar with my Motel Mondays With The Family Series.
This is the last installment because WE'VE MOVED! And, what better way to post it then on a Tuesday!
Hope you enjoy the last episode...
This was my little corner of the world for the last 3 1/2 months. All my blogging and inspiration originated from this little lowly spot...lol (PLEASE take special note of my 2 water bottles. You'll need to remember these for the last picture.)
My world, My brain: This folder contains my sketches for different areas in the house and landscaping. The spiral notebook is where I kept all the important notes from the builders and my to do lists. In future posts I'll be comparing my sketches and notes with the final projects. If I lost these, I would have been a very sad girl indeed.
Now, for the last hotel comments made by Buster...
BUSTER: Mom, you have a girl water bottle and a boy water bottle.
ME: How can you tell?
BUSTER: By the way their shaped.
(Now you know what my body looks like...ha! Just remember this is coming from a 13 year old boy, who may have just lost his driving privileges when he turns 16)
Which one do you think is the girl and which one is the boy...and WHY?
LOL... from the mouths of babes!! I would say the right is the girl because of the area around the top that looks like boobs if you stretch you imagination.
ReplyDeleteWell.... Welcome back Becky. Missed you!
Terry, it's great to be back! Thanks.
DeleteHaha! I'd say the G2 bottle (left) because it is pear shaped and there are many women who are pear shaped (like me!)
ReplyDeleteSpanish Pinay
Plus, her mouth is open! Ha!
DeleteI can see traits of both in each bottle. I agree with Ms. Terry about the boobs part! ;-)
ReplyDeleteI hadn't noticed the boobs part of it until Terry mentioned it...I was totally focused on the huge round hips! hehehe
DeleteI would lean towards the one on the left being the girl, only because the shape sort of reminds me of Mrs. Buttersworth syrup bottles. :)
ReplyDeleteHa! That is a good deduction! Sure do miss you.
DeleteYea, you have moved!!!!! I think the bottle on the right is the girl bottle because it's shaped like a woman...well, a shapely woman!!
ReplyDeleteGlad you're all settled!
~Erin
Thanks Erin. It's so good to have space! I guess I'm a shapely woman...that sounds so much better than what Buster said...hehehe
DeleteI will never look at water bottles the same.
ReplyDeleteExactly! I've been ruined for life. LOL
DeleteHee! I'd guess the bigger bottle is the boy bottle, because we women are small and dainty ; )
ReplyDeleteI like your analogy. We are definitely small and dainty...well, at least I used to be!
DeleteI was thinking the g2 for the same reason. Lots of pear shaped women out there. I am glad to hear you have moved. Have a great week.
ReplyDeletethanks :O)
Deletei'm thinking the power-aid bottle is the guy cause it's "Ripped" in the ab region. lol.
ReplyDeleteAmber - TOTALLY! thanks for the chuckle.
DeletePraying for you.
ReplyDeleteThank you Denise
DeleteThat's hilarious. I say the Powerade is the girl because it's more shapely. But then the G2 bottle looks more like me ... big on the bottom.
ReplyDeleteI'd like to know what he based his judgment on.
He said the G2 was shaped like a girl and the Powerade was shaped like a man. Saggy hips and broad shoulder I guess! ;O)
DeleteLOL! I love what comes out of our kids mouths!
ReplyDeleteI'd say the girl is on the left because of the shapely curves ;-)
They can really come up with some funny stuff!
DeleteMy best to you and your family as you move into your new home. Many blessings :)
