Why Friday the 13th Is My Lucky Day
Today is my daughters birthday! Dot is my first born. Being the oldest she had to wade through all my mistakes of being a first-time mom...and yet, she survived and came out on top! (That just shows you how amazing she is!) Dot is the oldest of our 11 children. I am so thankful for her.
Growing up she loved the Victorian Era...Flowers and lace, sentimental stories and lavender scented handkerchiefs!
She's the one who came up with the name of our secret garden...Sweet Memories!
She dreamed of marring a city boy and living in the big city! But instead she married a cowboy and lives on a ranch!
And now I have the sweetest and cutest grand kids a grandma could ever wish for!

ReplyDeleteCongrats and Happy Birthday to your daughter! I didn't know you had 11 children. It must have been similar to my home growing up, as I'm the youngest of 9! My mom wanted 12 kids, but her body couldn't do it.
