Moving

As some of you know, we've had our house for sale.  Last November it went under contract. The buyers were having to wade through some loan approval stuff.  We weren't in any hurry so we waited for them to get qualified. Well, they're qualified! We sign the contract on Tuesday, February 28th and we MOVE out Saturday, March 3rd!  That is this Saturday! We only found out last Friday, that we'd be out of a home so soon!

Because of the rush factor in moving, I'll be absent for awhile! Hopefully I can check in once in a while and make sure your all doing okay!  Have a lovely week my dear friends and if you hear any strange screaming going on, it's just me letting off a little steam!  (We are very glad to have sold our house, just a little 'challenged' at the rush!)

  1. Been there done that!! The last house we sold, we had to rush out and find another place to live. Kind of stressful.

Good luck to you on your move.

  3. I'm so glad it sold! Sorry for the rush move! I've often worried about our upcoming move...we no longer have the army that comes in and packs everything up and moves it out for us. I am going to miss that A LOT! We move in about 1.5 years. I think I should probably start packing now. lol.

Good Luck Becky! I will miss you online.

  10. Have had you on my mind a lot since I saw your post on FB about the move. Seems we're both taking a bit of a "fast" from our blogs...but for different reasons. I'll visit as often as time....and the Lord....allows!!! ;-)

  17. This is great news, about the sale that is.
One thing that I find kinda cool about moving is you get rid of a lot of clutter. Of course you will probably wonder where you put this or that once you've settled again but that's OK.
Oh, by the way, venting is acceptable when stressed :)
