Hi Becky, I've been practicing deep breathing for many years and you're right. It calms you down right away. It's also great for those times when you want to focus on a specific topic. Your granddaughter is brilliant already! :)
I love that..."relax and breathe like you're smelling a flower". So much wisdom from a little girl. Even the little things stress me out. I should try out that breathing technique
