  1. When it comes to religion...I feel very strongly that you and ANYONE has a right to your choice and beliefs. When someone says it's wrong...the religion you choose, then they lose my respect. Completely.

That is one beautiful image...love the high steeples and the purity of white is fitting, don't you think?

    1. Thanks for stopping by and for your comment Anni. Freedom of religion is what our country is based on. It's what makes us more unique than any other countries foundation. I love this freedom and happily acknowledge that all men have the right to worship as they please. Our 11th Article of Faith states: "We claim the privilege of worshiping Almighty God according to the dictates of our own conscience, and allow all men the same privilege, let them worship how, where, or what they may."

  2. What a nice review she did of your temple. I liked that she said no one tried to convert her.

    1. Like she said in her review, everyone is welcome to tour the temples before they are dedicated. I've been able to see several before dedication and I'm always impressed with their beauty and the peaceful feeling in them. Thanks Lisa.

  4. She did a very favorable review. They were very generous to let her tour the whole temple, even the inner rooms and left nothing secret!

    1. Before an LDS temple is dedicated, they hold an open house for about 2 weeks to 1 month to allow visitors to come and see the inside of the temple. There is nothing secret about the temple. Just to clarify, the ordinances performed there are sacred not secret. Thanks for stopping by and commenting Ginny. Hope you're having a lovely week.

    1. I so appreciate your comment. It's almost comical how some people act out of ignorance.

Thanks for the blog width information.

  7. Thank you for sharing this article, I so enjoy learning about other faiths. I have one question, having read about how Mormons had to keep moving from place to place before they finally stayed in Utah, are the murals in the ordinance rooms a representation of where they are located?
Or do they represent the journeys and travels of LDS members?

    1. I've never been inside this particular temple, but from the way she describe it, it sounds like it was just a mural of a Missouri countryside, with nothing in particular connected with the Mormons. Hope thAt answers your questions.
