In the United States, there are basically 2 types of cinnamon sold (although there are over 200 varieties of cinnamon). In this post I'll be discussing the 2 main cinnamon's with their pros and cons.
There is also Saigon cinnamon which has a really lovely pungent yet sweet taste. I use it when I make my Vietnamese coffee ice cream (with pro-thyroid, pro-metabolism gelatin of course)!

ReplyDeleteI had no clue there were that much of a difference in cinnamon. I use it to prevent oral thrush that is caused by my steroid inhaler.
