Siblings

Here are the folks I grew up with.

The cheesy one on the back row grew up to be a High School Seminary teacher...amazing he even grew up at all.  With 4 big sisters who would dress him up as the Avon Lady, I'd say he did pretty well despite all of his sisters.

The oldest of us just retired from the Sheriff's department.
All 3 of my sisters are Mom's and now Grandmothers. We've all been blessed enough to have been stay at home moms. My oldest sister and her husband will be leaving for Palmyra, New York soon to serve an 18 month mission for our church.

My parents have been gone for over 8 years now. They were great parents.

  2. What a beautiful family! Our family was rather well balanced, I have 4 brothers and 4 sisters, so none of my brothers were overwhelmed by the girls.

I bet that "cheesy" brother makes an amazing teacher though! They definitely take a special personality to be an amazing teacher! :)

  4. You came from quite a large family. I have 4 brothers and sisters and I thought that was big. I can see the resemblence in the sister closest to you. If you put glasses on the other ones, I could see it then too.
